Go to the scene where Malkovich and Maxine are having sex, and Malkovich suddenly freaks because Craig is talking through him.

Throughout this scene, Maxine's shirt is buttoned up. However, at the very end of the scene, Malkovich storms out and we cut back to Maxine, only to find her shirt completely unbuttoned.
