Twister - Broken Windshield Disappears
The scene when the two of them are in the red Dodge pickup swerving and avoiding debris, a piece of farm machinery crashes to the ground in front of them. The truck swerves to the left but a part of the machinery catches the passenger side of the windshield and shatters it. This is seen from a distant shot. Afterwards, the windshield is no longer broken.

The really bad thing is that they even added a sound effect to it. You can tell the sound of the glass breaking is dubbed from the studio onto the film.

right slip up, but it was a tricycle, not tractor and it was up close. You see it hit from the inside and window crack, then from the outside, next scene, it is fine.

The Tractor doesn't hit the passengers side anyway it hits the drivers side. I remember because I was thinking How can Bill see if his window is broken?

Actually, it is the chute of the combine. Clearly it smashes the windshield. Next scene, the windshield is fine. This one is one of the most obvious sequence slip-ups of the movie.
