Sailor Moon - Make Up Your Mind Already!
Many times I have seen this. For Amara and Michelle's transformation saying, they say "Uranus Star Power" and "Neptune Star Power". Then another episode they say "Uranus Planet Power" and "Neptune Star Power". (Which is correct)
Same goes with their attacks.. "Neptune Deep Submerge" and "Uranus World Shaking". Then another episode it's "Deep Submerge" and "World Shaking" (Which is correct also). Why don't they just keep it one attack and transformation saying?

I can answer your last question in three words. IT'S A DUB. (But even with all the inconsistencies, I like it!)

When they leave out the Neptune and Uranus part of of World Shaking and Deep Submerge, they are simply shortining the attack name. After all, would Neptune and Uranus really have to say the whole of their attack for it to work?

In the original, they didn't say the full attack name either. If you want some real shortenings try Slayers. After a while they shorten the attack from a poem to just the name.
