It was towards the last fifteen minutes of "Hanging Up", Walter Matthau's last movie. It was after the Georgia Fifth Anniversary Party that the Diane Keaton charcter get a call from the hospital, being informed that her father, played by Walter Matthau, slips into a coma. The three sisters leave the party and head to the hospital. A helicopter shot above one on LA's many shows the cars heading to the hospital- expect the film is showing the cars on the bridge driving on the left side of the road. Makes you want to think that the movie was shot in Sydney.
