First Blood - LAW 66 Anti-Tank missile Back Blast
In one scene, the UH-1 Huey helicopter (piloted by Rambo with the rescued American POWs) is downed by the Russian-made Hind helicopter. As the Hind gets closer for the kill (at this time Rambo is pretending to be unconscious or dead), Rambo suddenly "awakens" and fires the LAW 66 Anti-Tank missile destroying the Hind. The back blast of a LAW 66 Anti-Tank missile is so powerful, powerful enough to kill the POWs behind the line of fire.

I was just reading the original comment and have to say this- he did not have a recoilless rifle- if he did, and could fit it in the cockpit of a Huey, I do believe he had either an Rocket Propelled Grenade or LAW rocket launcher- not a recoilless rifle.

I watched the movie to find out what the weapon was. It was not an RPG. It was a LAW 66 anti-tank missile.

If you watch this scene in slo-mo you can tell that the weapon changes from frame to frame. When Rambo first aims it at the Hind it is a LAW-66.Next when he pulls the trigger it is a RPG-7(the RPG-7 has the trigger underneath the tube, while the LAW has a press-button trigger on top of the tube.)After the Hind explodes it has changed back to a LAW.

Wrong movie, guy. In first blood, Rambo was in some backwoods town running from a bunch of redneck cops, he never got into a chopper, or rescued POWs. That was in Rambo, part two of the series.
