On the chase scene in the parking garage, 007 is driving his car really fast. As he turns a corner, a guy with a rocket launcher fires a rocket at the BMW. The rocket flies right through the car. But watch very carefully when the rocket flies through the car. The car is moving extremely slow, like 5 mph or so. It is kind of hard to see because they switch shots very quickly and the camera pans really fast.
