In the "Gourmet Night" episode, Basil, brandishing the duck dinner, crashes into the door and drops it. When he stoops down to retrieve it, Manuel rushes in and gets his foot caught in it. Look closely as the door swings open. A stagehand, with a white shirt and mustache, can be seen crouching just outside the kitchen door.
