To tell apart Izuza's "little Charolette" from the other pigs, she puts a collar on P-chan that can't be unlocked without a key. When P-chan changes back into Ryoga, and he walks into the room and he isn't wearing the collar at all during that scene. Then later on, when Izuza sees Ryoga, he still has the collar on and that's how she identifies him..
