Terminator 2: Judgement Day - First Scene Camera Reflection
In the first modern day scene, that Arnie first appears; right at the start of the scene you see a close up of a truck driving away. This is a very shiny truck and if you freeze frame in the right place you can VERY clearly see the camera staring right back at you.

A copy of T2, and a good freeze frame function
