Jetsons,The - Earth?
In the begining of the Jetsons you see the planet where the Jetsons live. I belive it's supposed to be earth but it looks like where Californa is, is connected to South America and Mexico isn't connected to South America.

I don't really know if on the show they say its Earth or not, but I have to point something out..If they never say that its Earth, why are you all so positive that it absolutely HAS to be Earth?

Continental drift takes place over a period of millions of years, so even if the year was 9000+, it should still look the same as it does now.

You know, this is a kids show meant for American kids. Give the "American imperialism" bit a rest.

http://members.aol.com/howard217/epgs/thejetsons.html The Jetsons is supposed to represent America (don't worry about the rest of the world; we're fine about being left out by egotistical American thinking AGAIN) in the year 2062. So it's sorta supposed to be relatively close to our time (as opposed to the year 9000+ or whatever).
