The scene whare John Candy rushes to the bathroom to puke, you can see Dan Ackroid count 1,2,3 with his hands then they run out of the cabin in dusgust, oops!

I was just about to enter this "slip-up". Yes, he is signaling a count down, but as a cue to the cast, not as a NASA style count-down. The camera pans to the right a little too slowly or perhaps the shot wasn't set up correctly for the scene. It is an obvious slip.

I'm not sure I agree this is a slip-up. The character knows his brother in law is about to blow and he does a little count-down (or count-up in this case) to be a jerk and show everyone how smart he is. The actor wasn't signaling the cast to leave and was accidentally caught on film, he was playing his part.
