Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope - Literally a Slip-Up!
When Luke is cleaning Artoo, and he falls back as the message from Leia begins to play ("Help me--etc"!) watch C-3P0 in the background. When the message starts he falls of off the step he's on and the actor subtly gains his balance to carry on the scene-it can be quite hard to catch but once you see it its hard to miss!

Are you sure this wasn't just supposed to make it look like it startled C-3PO when the message came out unexpected...(When Luke fell back I thought he was going to wet his pants)

I'm not sure cos if you watch the scene closely it looks like hes standing right on the edge of the step and just slips off, but I don't think its intentional! :)

Oh come on! Like you've never been off balance and slipped up. Perhaps they just wanted to make it look a little more realistic. Mind you all the time they were on that fantastic adventure no-one ever went to the toilet. Why is that? Do they think that us poor non aliens wouldn't be able to cope with the thought of Han Solo with his undies around his ankles. oooohhhh eerrrr !!!!!!!!!

I think he was startled by the message and fell back, and it makes sense because it's not like he expected the message to be projected or anything. And anyways, the characters in movies aren't perfect. Whenever they do something imperfect, we put it in here, even though it may be intentional.
