Wizard of Oz, The - Where Are Those Tears Coming From?
When the guard of the Wizard's castle starts crying, (after he overhears Dorothy crying), it's so obvious his "tears" are coming from either his hat or his unibrow. It looks so fake it's funny.

I agree. The tears are TOTALLY fake. I hope they did that on purpose to be funny, if not, someone needs to be shot. :)

Yes, it was done on purpose to make the scene seem a little more lighthearted. And even if it wasn't done on purpose, it was 1938 when the movie was filmed, so their technology wasn't exactly amazing. :)
