The morning after Flubber is discovered, Robin Williams' character and his fiancee, Sara, are in the college and she's angry because he stood her up and he's trying to explain why he wasn't there. So he's 'proving' that he found Flubber by putting Flubber in his back pocket and jumping out of the window. Well, he jumps and just as he's falling, Flubber jumps out of his pocket and rips it. And then you see him laying on the ground in pain. And as he turns you see the back of his pants....tada, no rip now!
