In one part when all the crew are on the deck accept for the captain(goerge clooney), and the waves are hitting the ship hard, one of the members were suposed to yell the captains name but by acident he yell " Hey George"

You I'm wondering how if the editor watches the clip over ten times how he can not spot that? I mean, so many films have that same mistake!

Yes, even "Star Wars" has a blown line where Luke calls Princess Leia "Carrie". I suppose it could be dubbed over if the editor finds something like that, however.
