When Swarschennager falls from the helicopter through the canopy while chasing the sniper priest who just tried to shoot gabriel byrne, he is on a wire from the chopper. When he lands and starts running, the wire has disappeared.
First off, learn how to spell SCHWARZENEGGER`S name right. Secondly. It was an absailing tackle (slipknot ring), that was released as he started running. If you didn`t notice, he stopped himself from falling onto the actual roof when he was chasing the preist!!!!
First off, I dont care about the correct spelling of SCHWARZENEGGER.I dont think that's the point.It's not something I sit up at night worrying about.
Secondly, its been awhile since I saw the film, but the way I remember it, it doesn't show him release the line.Surely in reality, there is a more lengthy procedure involved in getting rid of the the absailing tackle, but this is not shown in the film.He slides through the canopy with the line attached, hits the ground and when he starts running it has disappeared.
I think I remember watching it with my mom, and her--of the stickler society--mentioning something about the line just disappearing. I'll have to go look at my DVD again.
