This is not a slip up. Barry is competing in a different division so the records are different. You can't expect Barry to compete against the adults. Ignoring that fact, tying a record is still setting one.

yeah, I had noticed that too. They had probably just put that in their for effect or something like that........
But I just wanted to know, I turned off the movie 'side-kicks' because it was so unrealistic, like whats the deal with that whole 'walker, Texas-ranger' thingo.......
and you owners of this web-site better approve this, because you did not approve my other slip-up for the mask of zorro. But actually take a look at that scene it really is a double-take...
