Go to the part where Korben arrives at the hotel. He gets out of little chamber empty handed and then we see him in a crowd searching for Leeloo and the shot goes to Leeloo and back to Korben who all of a sudden is wearing a bright orange jacket. Where did he get the jacket?
If you paid any attention to the movie, you notice that before he gets into his seat thing he takes off his jacket and throws it into the spot where he and LeeLou is. They don't show him leaving his spot on the plan. The next scene that you see him he is wearing the jacket and its black not orange. His shirt is orange.

Before he gets in the ship, he is wearing that jacket, and on most airlines, if you want, you can give your jacket to the crew and get it at the exit. Or maybe he put it in the over-head locker.
