Apollo 13 - Radio Black Out?
After Swaggart is called up to the lead crew the three astronauts are in the simulator doing a run through on re-entry.
At the beginning Lovell says "We have radio blackout", since they had "virtually" entered the outer atmosphere.
Yet Swaggart and Lovell continue to communicate back and forth with "virtual" Houston during the whole scene until they "virtually" burn up on Swaggart's error.

I actually think he was saying this for the benifit of the other two guys. In a lot of the scenes (when in space as well) they are all yelling stuff out not only for Houston, but for the other two guys.

I think he was actually talking out loud for the benifit of the other two crew members. There are a few other scenes they are yelling stuff out to each other as the whole crew must know what each other is doing, in case one of them goes to do something wrong.
