When Harry Callahan is put on "vacation", he goes to the woods to let off some steam by aiming and shooting. His friend shows up in the car, *watch carefully*, and you'll see a man with sunglasses on (who is definitely not supposed to be in this scene) in the reflection of the car window when Callahan's friend opens his car door. It's only there for a split second.
