In the episode of Doug where he and Patty go to a dance, everyone is in a costume. One kid is in a costume of the donut. the weird part is that you can see right through the middle, like a real donut!

Also, on this episode, notice that Skeeter ends up tying himself in knots. I think that this is basically the same concept.

Apparently everyone but cheezee laughed, and i actually have that costume, and you put one side of your body through the right side, and it is offset to the left.
