About 10 minutes into the movie, you see a bunch of rebels trying to overthrow the government race up to a capital building in a jeep. The jeep slams on its brakes and a guy sitting on the hood flips off the jeep and lands on his head.
I don't think this is a slip-up. There are all kinds of things in the movie showing the rebels are idiots, which I think is intentional. It makes them look like a slovenly thrown together band of misfits that couldn't take over the government no matter how hard they tried. Like when they bust in on the meeting and the doors bounce back and close on them.
