This particular flub happens after Mina finds Lucy being ravaged by the wierd wolf/man/Dracula thing in the garden. As Mina is helping Lucy back toward the house and before you see Dracula again, there is a flash of lightning that clearly places a shadow of the camera on the girls' backs. A rather honest mistake in an otherwise impressive visual tour-de-force.
