In the scene where Roy and Claudia are fighting outside the motel after Roy tried to sneak away during the night, Roy is laying on the ground about to bite Claudia in the calf. When he does this you can clearly see the fingers of his "rubber" hand wrap around her leg to get a better grip. Pretty fancy prosthetic.
