Commando - Roof Top Folly
While Arnold is one the island, he must go across a roof, where he meets and kills a soldier. As the soldier is falling, watch for the mat where he lands. This only lasts for a split second, but it is long enough.

Something new to this great mistake is that they actually edited it on the DVD version. The mat is only scene on the VHS film.
