I have always found that one of the most useful things about an arm is that you can move it and it is not inconceivable that Rachel would move her arm and not keep it in one position and get pins and needles. Not a slip up

Ben, maybe u shoould realize that we're talking about an EDITING slip up here. Arms wouldn't normally move between 2 positions back and forth for comfort!! So stop picking on these SLIP UP'S...because that's exactly what they are!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Ben, arms do move and maybe something was uncomfortable so she moved it and then it was even more uncomfortable there so she moved it back. It's not that hard to do.

I agree with NalaMarie- I saw this episode yesterday and it's clearly an editing slip-up- well spotted cos if you blink, you miss it!

If you watch on other Movies and shows, this happens all the time. It is quite hard to get EVERYTHING in the exact same position as things were before. I know from experience.
