Toy Story 3 - Anti - Growth
If the year the movies take place in are the same as the years they come out the ages are wrong. Toy Story 3 (2010) Andy was going to collage at 18 years old . If you're 18 in 2010 you were born in 1993. The first toy story came out in 1995 , Andy was portrayed much older than 2 years old. And if Molly was a baby in 1995 she would be in early high school by 2010 . But in the third Toy Story Molly was a pree - teen . And in Toy Story 2(1999) Molly was a toddler . It's 4 years from 1995 from 1999 she'd be 4 . And notice how Andy's mother never aged

You're assuming the year each movie was released is the same year in which it takes place. Nowhere in any of the movies does it say or even imply this. There are a LOT of movie sequels out there that do not take place an equal time after the previos movie as the time between releases. Therefore, I don't believe this is a slipup.
