In 'Asylum of the Daleks' about 17'45" into the episode (no commercials) Rory reaches out with his hand to touch a dormant Dalek. When the camera is pointed at the Dalek both lights are attached. However, when the camera is pointed at Rory (and showing a close-up of the left side of the Dalek) at least one light is missing and the hole where it should be attached is clearly visible framed by a circular area of lighter paint.
