Steve Rogers is driving his van along "the mountain road." On the back of the van in all previous shots, we can clearly see he has a motorcycle mounted on a carrier. He then hits a large oil slick & carreens off the road. During the crash the back of the van is seen & the motorcycle is gone! After the van comes to a rest, Steve gets out & sees his motorcycle laying right next to the back of the van even though it was nowhere to be seen during the crash itself.
