In the scene where Jo opens up the sealed evidence box from the Ali Rand trial, she removes and looks at a plastic folio from the top of the box which contains a photograph of Ali's facial injuries--but taken on the autopsy table! She wasn't yet dead in the episode. The photograph on the back appeared to be one that would have been taken during the rape investigation.
