This minor slip-up occurs in the begining of the episode "The Dutch Oven". After the scene where Trudy kills the suspect, you see her and the rest of the Vice Squad at the crime scene. When Gina and Sonny are talking to her and she tells them she's going home, notice that Trudy has ruby colored nail polish. In the next scene at her house, you'll see her fingers at the piano, but her nails appear a lot longer and now she is wearing light pink nail polish. Okay, maybe she could have painted her nails in between that time, but it's impossible that her nails would have grown that quickly.
