In the scene where they put a bag over Sherlock's head in an attempt to conceal the location of the meeting they remove the bag in order to talk to Sherlock. When they do, you see that the injury he has on his right cheek is completely healed and has a dull scar. In the following scene his cheek is not completely healed and has a drop of blood or scab remaining.
