Mikey's dad at the end of the movie where everyone is on the beach. Mikey's dad is seen to be signing the contract on the man's back. When he says that theres no more signing ever again, he rips the contract up and throws it into the air. You can clearly see that someone else has thrown some more paper in the air to fill it out for the cameras.
