In the scene where Drinda "cooks" dinner for Ted, she has a baked chicken on the table. Ted says "Should we make a wish?" and he takes the wishbone off the chicken. They pull it and it's very dry and crispy. If that wishbone was from that fresh baked chicken, it would take several days for it to dry like that.
