Near the climax of the film, Nicole Kidman fell from the Riddler's holding tube with greater velocity than director Joel Schumacher anticipated; as a result, the actress's pantyhose-clad rear (and black underwear) are plainly visible as she falls. The take mistakenly got by editors Mark Stevens and Dennis Virkler and ended up in the final cut of the film.
