In the movie 2010 in the scene at time 1:04:33 the black monolith is in the middle of the screen and the spacecraft is on the left in the background. The ship disappears for several seconds just before scene change. Probably a FX flub. This is better seen in full frame version, but widescreen is OK just smaller, and frame advance helps.
