In the episode "The One with the Baby on the Bus" season 2, Phoebe loses her Central Perk singing gig to a professional singer. After Pheobe spends the day busking outside Central Perk Rachel brings Phoebe out a jacket so she wont get cold. She tells Rachel that she doesn't like playing for money and someone put a condom in her case. Then the actor who later plays Pheobes brother runs up and asks for the condom back. There a definaitly similaritys between the guy who droped the condom and Pheobes brother Frank but in season 3 "The One With Frank, Jr" He states he has never been to New York before.
