Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince - Aragog, the Incredible Shrinking Spider
During the burial of Hagrid's spider Aragog, Aragog seems to be about a medium size. However back in the second film when we first see him he's the size of a giant. Now either Aragog had shrunk from old age, and time lapse of films, or the producers didn't remember how big he was.

Aragog was the same size he was in the Chamber of Secrets...His legs were just curled up...Not to mention Harry has gotten alot taller since he last saw Aragog. Which gave the appearance to some that the spider was smaller.
