Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace - Light Sabre's in the Wrong Place
When the Jedi Ambasadors are being gased, and the droids attack, the Jedi cannot be seen through the haze. The sabres are weilded as if from the ground. But to my amazement the Jedi Fall from the ceiling. Too bad a mistake to miss.

The Jedis jump out and above the droids. Simple.

No, the Jedi are hanging upside down but are holding their lightsabers (relative to them) upside down. In other words the tip of the saber is at their feet while they are hanging upside down.

No, no ,no ,no ,no ,no! WHY would they hang upside down and WHY would they deploy their lightsabres upsidedown? I just wanna say that I think they just jump out in a cool jedi way.

Wait, why couldn't they have been on their knees or squating so they would be below where the blasters would probably be aimed, and then jumped forward?

I'm sorry to say it but you are all just a bit STUPID! Have you not read any of the other Slipups for Episode 1? As so many people have said before, they are JEDI. As we've seen from all four movies, they can make incredible jumps that put Super Mario to shame. They also have levitation power and if that doesn't satisfy you just look at all the stuff they could have used. Stacked up crates, Starfighters, Pulleys...

NONONO. You don't understand. why would they hang upsidedown in the first place? How does that help them? The other thing is their lightsabers are wielded from the ground up so they cant be hanging upsidedown. You are a retard if you think they would hang upsidown. They are jedi!!! They can do almost anything. It just blows me away at the things people come up with.

Look closely, they're NOT upside-down. The sabers turn on bottom to top, just like every other time they're turned on. Qui Gon walks out, and Obi Wan apparently jumps out. (his jump looks a little weird though because it DOES look like he's jumping down from something instead of out of the other room, probably just a slip-up by the special effects people)

After watching this scene over and over, it's obvious, from the angle of the sabers as well as their movement while deflecting, that the two jedi are standing before the droids as the camera angle is from behind the droids. Then the angle is moved to in front of the droids and all you really see is Obi-Wan jumping out to the spot before the droid with yellow dot on his chest (who is falling from a reflected blaster shot), the angle then moves back to behind the droids and you see Obi-Wan finish his somersault jump and Qui-Gon is running up from behind to join in on the fighting.

They are Jedi. As they didn't know what was or how many things were out there, they probably hid above they door, and used their force powers to keep the lightsabers at normal level. Therefore, the droids would aim there, thus preventing them getting hit.
