When the ship carrying the T-Rex is coming into the harbor in San Diego, it crashes because the T-Rex apparently attacked and killed everyone on board. When they look inside where the ship is steered from, you can see a hand dangling from the wheel. How did the T-Rex squeeze in there and bite the captain in such a way that all that was left was a hand hanging on the wheel? It seems more plausible that the T-Rex would not have been able to fit in there at all considering there was no damage around the doorway, so it couldn't have broken in there and done anything.
