On the AMNN the reporter says "On the 25th of December" she should have said "On the 26th of December" in Britain! since the Probe is British.

She got the correct date. Christmas is definitely on 25th of December here in the UK and one of the characters says its Christmas just moments before.

She was in America so she would have been aproximateley 5 hours behind so since the pictures were broadcast live at midnight in England it would still be Christmas eve in America. Not Christmas Day
