On the episode Heartland, where Gibbs goes back to his own town, he and McGee are talking to a lady who is getting in her truck to drive off to see her nephew in the hospital. As she gets in the truck, you see the front plate, a Pennsylvania plate. There is one problem. Pennsylvania does not put plates on the front of vehicles, only in the rear.
