Seven - One Bullet
At the end of the movie when Mills shoots Doe, the camera goes in for a close-up of the fatal shot, you can see that the action stays in the fired position, which indicates the magazine is empty. However, when the camera pans out, Mills continues to shoot the body of Doe. Not a huge thing, just bothersome.
