In the movie when Katherine and Ben are wading through the bloody river, Katherine walks onto the shore by herself. Here, you can clearly see her hat hanging down her back. When she goes in to take a close up photo of the tree, her hat has mysteriously gone. Throughout the next few scenes were she's chasing Lauren and when she investigates the ruins, her hat is still gone, however were Katherine and Ben return to the car, her hat is back.
