Before Rotti Largo's henchwoman shoots the doctor who delivers Rotti's medical exam results, Rotti Largo is flipping through pictures of his kids acting up. In the first, you'll see Luigi. The second is of Amber Sweet, and the third is the most important one: Pavi. Or, at least, the actor who played Pavi. In the movie, Pavi is always seen wearing someone else's face (the director's girlfriend's typically). However, if you pause right at Pavi's picture, you'll notice he is in the process of removing another girl's face....while his is bare. Or, is at least supposed to be exposed muscle tissue. But, if you paid attention, it's really just the actors. Kind of disappointing, but funny.
