As the Marines approach a Vietnamese city, Private Joker's platoon is walking behind a tank. All of the sudden the tank is enveloped by an explosion. In a wide shot, you can see an officer react and stagger as he is hit by shrapnel. Then a quick cut to another angle and the same man is still walking normally, and then he does the same react and stagger dance over again.
