In the scene where Tuvia and Zus raid a German encampment to get medicine for some sick refugees they state they need Ampicillin for a typhus outbreak.

Ampicillin was not available until 1961 when it was synthesized by Merck - and it's precursor Penicillin was not freely available, until just before the Normandy landings 1944, to the US army.

I doubt the Germans had access to any of this during WWII. It would have been less glaring if they went to steal sulfa!
