Season Two, Episode 1- "See No Evil": Little Sandy is blind, but are the editors? At the beginning of the episode, Sandy is missing her two front teeth, which is common to nine-year-old children. However, near the end of the episode, she miraculously grows in brand new front teeth.

I think she may be some sort of scientific anomaly or else the editors didn't think to just erase those new teeth so she'd match all through the episode.
