Third Rock from the Sun - Wrong Movie
During the episode "15 Minutes of Dick" the gang is out eating and is kicked off their table because it's Mark Hamill's table.
Later they(mostly Sally) become local celebrities and go on a talk show. During the talk show scene, a call comes in and the caller says "Forget Mark Hamill, you should be in the Star Trek movie".
One problem, Mark Hamill was in Star Wars, not Star Trek.
