Earl Parker was Vic Morrow's double in Combat. He did a remarkable job of doubling as Saunders throughout the entire series, except for the Gantlet (Season 5 - color). In this episode, Earl's face can be clearly seen on 2 occasions, 1) doubling as Saunders being hit on the head by the rifle butt (beginning of show); 2) doubling as Saunders struggling to his feet and making his way up the slope (middle of episode). Because of these slip ups, I could not enjoy that episode.
